HABITAT FOR HUMANITY BENEFIT AUCTION Thursday, January 18th, 2007, 7:00-9:30 PM Corporate Canvas

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty and Alpha Mortgage, both with
headquarters in Wilmington, will sponsor a noteworthy local benefit January 18: a reception and fine art auction at the Corporate Canvas Gallery downtown. Through the generosity of several local artists, more than a dozen original pieces have been produced and donated especially for this benefit, with auction proceeds supporting a Habitat for Humanity home now under construction in Wilmington. Sea Coast Realty and Alpha Mortgage are sponsors of the home.
Billed as "A Night At The Gallery," the benefit will feature musical
entertainment, food, a wine tasting, and door prizes, and will be highlighted by a "live"
auction of the original works. The event will held from 7 - 9:30 pm, with the auction
beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets are $50 per person and are available downtown at Corporate
Canvas (107 South Front Street) and Wilmington Wine Shoppe (110 South Front
Street), and also at Sea Coast Realty offices near Landfall (1430 Commonwealth
Dr # 102, behind McDonald's at Eastwood Road and Commonwealth Drive) and at
Carolina Beach (1001 N Lake Park Blvd).
